Sweet & Sour Fried Nila


Nila ( Parrot Fish ) relatively cheaper than gurame fish, but in terms of taste, not less delicious fried tilapia with fried carp. The following practical and fast way to process Tilapia Fried Sweet Acid to be presented to the family at home. Good luck.

Ingredients:
1 tail Parrot Fish, clean
3 segment ginger
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
Paprika & Onions

Pineapple

Sauce Ingredients:
5 tablespoons ketchup
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon of vinegar
100 ml water
2 segment ginger, grated

Method:
Grease Parrot Fish  with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Fry in preheated oil until cooked and dry.
The sauce, heat the oil saute onion, peppers and pineapple until fragrant, but not wilted.

Enter a tomato sauce, sugar, grated ginger, salt, pepper and vinegar to taste, stirring until blended. Pour water, bring to a boil. Add the corn starch solution. Cook, stirring frequently, until bubbling. Turn off the heat stir and serve.
