SOTO
This is a soup recipe how to make it fairly simple but have a taste which is very tasty, especially when eaten with loved ones.
ingredients:
• 1/2 chickens
• 500 ml of cooking oil
• 3 scallions, cut into 1 cm
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 knuckles galangal, crushed
• 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
• 4 lime leaves
• 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
• 1.5 liters of chicken broth
Ground spices:
• 7 cloves of garlic
• 3 cm turmeric
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper
• Salt to taste
Complement:
• 100 grams of noodles, soak warm water, drained
• 100 gr bean sprouts
• 100 gr cabbage, thinly sliced
• Celery, finely sliced
• Fried Onions
How to make:
1. Boil the chicken with salt until soft. Remove and drain.
2. Heat oil, fry chicken until browned, remove and drain. Suwir-shredded chicken and set aside.
3. Heat oil and saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant.
4. Enter stir spices into the chicken broth, cook until boiling. Enter the sliced leeks, stir well, remove from heat.
5. Arrange rice noodles, bean sprouts, cabbage, celery, and shredded chicken in a serving bowl. Pour broth.
Results: 5 servings
