Sauteed Kale
ingredient :
• 2-3 tie kale, clean and slice, set aside
• 2 cloves red onion, thinly sliced, set aside
• 3 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced, set aside
• 2 tablespoons a margarin or 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, for frying
• 1 red pepper, sliced thin oblique, set aside
• 150 ml water
• White sugar, to taste
• Salt, to taste
• Sweet Soy sauce, to taste
How to Make Sauteed Kale :
• Heat oil or butter over low heat, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant smell
