Chicken Cooking Green
THERE are many ways to eat chicken. Tasted it with green chili gives pleasure in itself.
Ingredient :
1 whole chicken, cut 1o part, fried half-baked
2 tablespoons cooking oil
20 green chilies, mashed rough
3 cloves of garlic
5 lime leaves, torn
2 leeks, cut into pieces
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 bunch basil leaves
Salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
1. Heat the oil. Saute green chili and garlic, lime leaves, scallions, and lemongrass. Cook until fragrant.
2. Enter the Chicken, salt, and sugar. Stir and cook until the flavors mingle.
3. Enter the basil leaves and serve.
Results: 10 servings
